Q.What are your Qualifications?

All of our engineers and consultants are educated to degree level in a computer related discipline and have in excess of 5 years in dealing with PC repairs and management of data files.

Q.What is your Experience?

Computer Soup has an expanding customer base of over 500 people in Bromley and can provide references of our work and services to date. We cover everything from the smallest difficulties that a home user may encounter to a Large business premises.

Q.How much do you charge?

Our services are charged on a quote basis. We are No-Fix No Fee and will only ask for payment once the job has been completed to the customer's satisfaction. You will be given an estimate of how long a job will take but please remember as with any work sometimes it may take longer. We however strive to find a resolution that suits our customers needs.

Q.Where are you based, Do you have a Shop/Office?

Our registered office is currently based in Hayes, Bromley. We do not have a shop at present which allows for us to keep overheads down and pass on a competitive rate to our client base. We are a virtual internet based company with local users in mind. You are welcome to visit us but we believe it better that we have an onsite view of the problems and can carry out an I.T appraisial of your needs.

Q.Where do you cover?

We cover anywhere in the South East and London. However our main focal point at present is on the London Borough of Bromley and it's neighbouring areas. This will change as the company expands but we believe it is important to grow in a steady fashion.

Q.Who do you support?

We aim to support those most in need! These tend to be the home-user and home-worker who do not have use of a large I.T support infrastructure. We also support a number of small to medium sized businesses in various local high streets. However we can offer support to any size organisations and have the means to give a professional service.
